Riding Dynamics
40Nm are delivered directly to the rear wheel instead of exposing the gearbox and belt to unnecessary high loads. Due to the sensitive force sensor in the motor you can clearly feel the immediate response during the acceleration process. The maximum assistance level is 300%, maximum speed 25km/h and you even have a pushing aid with 6 km/h.
Low Maintenance and High Durability
Especially paired with the Pinion gearbox and Gates Carbondrive Belt, there are no components that need frequent maintenance. Just go out and ride!
Battery Life and Energy Recovery
Not only does the 950Wh battery itself have an exceptional range, you can even recharge it when going downhill! Recuperation extends the battery range by well over 10%. At the same time, the motor serves as brake assistance in this mode and protects the brake linings. The battery also supplies the Packoped with 48V architecture and is made in Belgium. The range with full e-assistance is 50km, but thanks to the Packopeds low weight, it’s very easy to ride even without any assistance.

Modelled after proven automobile transmission technology, Pinion Gearboxes use spur gearing with two sub-units connected in sequence.
Virtually wear-free
Due to the sealed housing design, dirt can’t get into the system. Frequent drivetrain cleaning and lubrication is a thing of the past!
6, 9 or 12 gears
We offer both Pinion’s C-Line and T-Line. T-Line sports all the same features like the the C-line including the ultra-light magnesium housing, but offers additionally a neutral gear. Another cool option is Pinion’s Smart.Shift for an even better experience.
Gates Carbondrive Belt – CDX
For highest performance designed especially with cargo e-bikes in mind. Centertrack tooth design for improved debris shedding. So no more dirty chains jumping off ruining your ride!
